50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. This is a paint-by-numbers Côtes du Rhône that works every time. We are very pleased with the 2024 vintage - dry but juicy raspberry fruit with notes of Christmas spices and a smooth finish. A delicious, organic white Cotes du Rhone made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Bourboulenc and Clairette with no oak influence. Very bright and fruity with peach and nectarine to the fore and a twist of refreshing citrus on the finish. This is equally at home matched with chicken dishes, veggies or seafood - a recent pairing with za'atar-spiced barbecued aubergines was fantastic.
