Safe Deliveries with COVID-19 in mind
**WE CANNOT GUARANTEE NATIONAL DELIVERIES BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT WE CAN DELIVER LOCALLY UP UNTIL THE 24TH**
We send wine out nationally via APC and are delivering locally ourselves. Drivers have instructions to place boxes by the doorstep (or elsewhere if you prefer), will not request signatures, and will stand well away. Local customers may have to wait a little longer as we can't be everywhere at once, but we are dispatching national online orders as fast as they arrive, so most deliveries outside our region should arrive within 2--4 working days but maybe quicker or may take longer. Please note that we have raised the threshold for free delivery from £75 to £100 nationally (it remains £75 locally). We apologise but courier costs nibble away at our margins (barring Highlands and Islands); and all wines in our stock have a 10% discount if ordered by the unsplit dozen.

For those of you who are local to our shop we offer a lower minimum order value for FREE delivery by utilising our own drivers.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
APC will require a signature on delivery unless specifically instructed to do otherwise. If you're not going to be at home, please consider using a work address to ensure a signature can be obtained. If you know you will not be able to sign for the parcel APC allow for items to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. In this instance we require you to include the relevant information in the "Comments" box when completing your order on our checkout.
All orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be processed that day and should be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks.
I've ordered after 1pm on a Friday, when will I get my order?
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BANK HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Orders received on weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed within 48 hours and delivered within 2 working days of dispatch, sometimes quicker, sometimes longer.
We ensure we thoroughly prepare and package your order for a safe breakage-free delivery. Wherever possible we instruct our courier company not to deliver packages that contain breakages to ensure customer satisfaction. If our courier suspects your package contains breakages it will be returned immediately to us where we will automatically send out a replacement. Even with the up-most care breakages or orders with missing bottles may still occasionally be received by customers and in this instance please immediately contact us by telephone 01962 712351 or email firstname.lastname@example.org where one of our helpful team will be able to offer immediate help.
