A very fine and complex example of Valpolicella. 70% of the grapes for this wine are dried for twenty days, giving an Amarone-esque character. Aged for two years in 500l. tonneau there is lots to unpack here; deep, spiced red fruit, floral notes, very fine tannins and a savoury note on the finish.
