Fab Fizz - Cremant & Blanquette de Limoux from Domaine Laurens

Limoux is the place for sparkling wines in the South. Benefitting from a cooler climate relatively high up in the foothills of the Pyrenees to the south of Carcassonne, the region uses the local Mauzac grape in conjunction with newer arrivals such as Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc to make excellent fizz. We have worked with Domaine Laurens for many years and the wines are big favourites with staff and customers alike.
