Under the guiding hand of Monsieur Chapoutier, the legendary wine maker of the Rhone valley, this is a fun and dry expression of German riesling. Grown on mineral rich soil in Baden, one of Germany's warmest wine growing regions, this has wonderful precision and balance. Stone fruit and citrus, with just a touch of something honeyed are balanced by an almost saline minerality. Delicious. Now - 2028
