Alessandro and Davide Parisio only began bottling their own wine in 2020 and now they only choose the best parcels of Cortese from their 20 hectares of vines to bottle under their own label. The project remains something of a side hustle, Alessandro also holds down a day job at one of Gavi’s better, large scale producers. The ambition, however, is clear; grow sales of the family’s own label to the point where it can be his sole focus. We are trying to do our bit. Our sales are up dramatically year on year as more and more of our customers recognise the value and quality on offer.
