Villa Tempora (Pezenas)

“Agathe Dalisson, from Bordeaux, and Amaury Coste, from Burgundy, make exceptionally gentle wines from their estate in Pézenas. We usually like to introduce our growers in our own words but Tamlyn summed up Agathe and Amuary of Villa Tempora so well it was impossible not to quote her. The couple met whilst working in Afghanistan in the humanitarian sector, settling in the Languedoc to raise both children and vines. Their approach to viticulture is holistic and sensitive, putting the sustainability of the soils and the environment at the centre of their work. The wines are unforced and pure; full of Midi sunshine yet also balanced and energetic. They come highly recommended.
