Cinsault
Cinsault has a long history in the Cape – it is one of Pinotage’s parents after all – but is only now being treated as a grape capable of producing serious wines. Often light in colour, they balance perfumed red fruit with a wilder fynbos (think garrigue) character. We are big fans.
