Arrels means “Roots” in the Catalan language. This is Elodie and Matthieu’s love letter to the historic Catalan associations of Roussillon. It’s a blend of 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Mourvèdre, grown on schist and aged only in stainless steel, allowing the terroir to speak clearly.
