This Recioto di Soave is made from bunches of a selection of the first picked - for the best condition and good levels of acidity - grapes of Garganega, dried on racks in an attic for six months to concentrate the sweetness - and develop a little botrytis. Perfume of orange peel with a smoky accent - and that tangerine marmalade flavour permeates this concentrated and opulent sweet wine with around 135 grams of residual sugar per litre. Not really sweet enough for puddings, this makes a fantastic accompaniment to cheese, for example Taleggio or not long aged Pecorino. Now-2026
