50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. Charmingly cooked aromas. Exciting attack: this is a generous wine, but unlike most Rasteaus it’s not porty or jammy, showing sweet raspberry and blackberry fruit with freshness. Great with hard cheese. Now-2027
