Not all Prosecco is created equal. The best wineries – of which Drusian are definitely one – are head and shoulders and then some above the industrial scale producers who supply the bulk of what we see in supermarket wine aisles. One definitely pays more for the privilege but it is well worth doing so. If you have migrated away from cheap Prosecco out of boredom in recent years, then definitely take a look. You might just remember what all the fuss was about in the first place.
