Aiming at a pure and unadulterated taste of the Douro, a blend of Touriga Nacional, Bastardo, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Armarela, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão from 100-year-old vines on schist soils, all vinified in granite lagares and stainless steel. Fragrant and vital red fruits dominate, with just a note of dusty tannin in the background. This is juicy and delightful. A wine that could be enjoyed on its own but would be delicious with a large plate of charcuterie. Now-2026
