A 50/50 blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc from vines planted in 1908. The wine is aged in old 300l Burgundy barrels and subject to regular battonage. Elodie and Matthieu took the decision to pick some of the Grenache Blanc early to ensure freshness in the wine. This pays off in spades. Bright and elegant, with grapefruit, flat peaches and Mediterranean herbs featuring. Long, saline too and some weight from the oak, there is wonderful depth to this wine. A tour de force. Now – 2027
