Year in, year out Francis Blanchet and his family create a wine that is so true to the appellation, and that really displays the illusive suggestion of gunflint, especially after a year or so in bottle. The estate grows 100% Sauvignon Blanc on 9.5 hectares covering Kimeridgian clays, flint and limestone.
