We have often been asked for a truly dry Prosecco - so from Drusian's impressive range we picked this, a new, limited edition wine (just 6,000 bottles) using 100% Glera grapes from the Collalto hill near Conegliano. Some altitude, a sunny exposition and clay soils deliver a ripe but more structured style than most Proseccos. This shows ripe citrus (tangerine?) and apple flavours along with a biscuity accent; and is really dry and savoury. Even fizz snobs who sneer at Prosecco will appreciate this terrific sparkler.
