Austrian reds are one of the wine trade’s best kept secrets. This crunchy, snappy Zweigelt also spends' time in the twins’ grandfather’s old 20,000 litre casks. The initial flavours are all red cherry and plum before more savoury, clove and sichuan pepper notes follow on. Just the medium-side of light bodied it would be a great match for grilled duck breast. Now - 2028.
