We all love Franck Thomas's vintage Champagne and feel we don't feature it enough as we sell so much of his standard cuvée, our house Champagne. This is from a very different blend with Chardonnay taking the leading role with 50% of the blend, followed by 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier.
