95% whole bunch Grenache with 5% Mourvèdre, sourced from old vines that are farmed organically. Aged for 18 months in 600l. old oak barrels. This is a wonderful winter wine. Beautiful in the glass – it is much lighter than many brutish Châteauneufs – with terrific balance between power and fruit. Supple and ripe with classic strawberry Grenache notes alongside wild thyme and warm stones. Will reward cellaring. 14.5%. 2026 – 2036.
