50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah grown on south facing clay and limestone terraces. The grapes are destemmed and co-fermented, with half of the blend staying in tank and half maturing in older oak barrels. Dry, spicy and intense with bramble and damson fruit, notes of small, black Nicoise olives and expensive dark chocolate. Ripe and generous, this is a big wine but not porty or jammy like some other Rasteaus. Great with hard cheese. Now - 2029.
