Vivid deep crimson hue. Cherry, raspberry, strawberry all populate the intense but perfectly created pinot, each reflected in a Catherine wheel of pinot noir essence. Hoddles Creek does it again and again. Australia’s best value pinot? Gold and 96/100”, James Halliday’s Wine Companion, November 2022.

"Lightish ruby. Delicately perfumed with red fruit and subtle floral notes. Really pretty and inviting and not overly sweet-smelling. Succulent, finely textured and juicy, the tannins are gentle yet sufficient to provide a framework for the scented fruit. A light touch and GV in these days of Pinot-price inflation. Long, refreshing finish with a touch of oak spice though the oak is fully integrated and in the background. There's no rush to drink this but no need to wait. 16.5/20 2023-2027", Julia Harding MW, jancisrobinson.com, 2nd December 2023

Great choice of good-value wines in the January sales. The website is really easy to use to make up an order. Delivery, as is often the case, was within 24 hours and, as usual, was well-packed.
