From 60 year old vines of 40% Grenache with Syrah, Mourvedre & Carignan. Organic and biodynamically farmed, about 15% goes into barrels. The 2020 vintage was stunning and this is a more than worthy successor. Beautiful, inviting nose that draws you in. Deep and spicy on the palate with mouth-watering red berry fruit enhanced with a few twists of the black pepper mill. Very vibrant and energetic with very fine tannins and an impressively long finish. Chapeau. Now - 2030.
