This was absolutely sublime when tasted. From vines at 600 meters above sea level grown on volcanic soil, the wine then spends 12 months in oak barrels before being released. Intense notes of cassis with plush mocha and tobacco accents. Velvety smooth with wonderful aromatics and an incredibly long finish. Pair with red meats, a luxurious rib of beef or leg of lamb would be ideal. Now - 2030
