A particular highlight of our Liquière tasting. A field blend based on Carignan, which has some Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault complanted with it. Harvested by hand and matured in concrete tanks. So pure and aromatic. Lavendar and red fruits dominate the nose with such pure fruit evident on the palate. This is an elegant expression of Faugères and one that is a pure delight to drink. Now-2027
