The usual blend of 80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Roussanne. It has been vinified in a mixture of concrete and fibre glass eggs and has been subject to regular battonage. This is rich and complex. A delicious toasty note greets you with a little butteriness also present. Stone fruit, mediterannean hebs and something floral, organge blossom, are also present.
