The champagne went down very well. Lots of compliments. Fortunately for me there is some left over so it is now in my cellar! I need to lock it up because my husband loves it. The Crozes-Hermitage was superb. Everyone liked it and said so. It went very well with the lamb on a beautiful summer evening - blue sky and a sunset. You said it would! The Vire Clesse was also a huge success - no survivors to go in my cellar. I could not have had a better week.
