Delivery Information
Stonevine offer a fast, reliable, UK focused delivery service with fair charges. We appreciate that a reliable delivery service can only be achieved by partnering with a reliable courier company. As such our charges reflect the cost of using a good reliable courier.
UK Mainland Delivery*
We can deliver to any address in the UK via our courier partners Parcel Force.

Local Delivery
For those of you who are local to our shop we offer a lower minimum order value for FREE delivery by utilising our own drivers.
FREE Delivery on orders over £75 for local postcodes (see list below) 2-4 working days.
Christmas Orders
All orders placed by midday Thursday 20th December, will be dispatched before Christmas!
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Parcel Force will require a signature on delivery unless specifically instructed to do otherwise. If you're not going to be at home, please consider using a work address to ensure a signature can be obtained. If you know you will not be able to sign for the parcel Parcel Force allow for items to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. In this instance we require you to include the relevant information in the "Comments" box when completing your order on our checkout.
Order Deadline
All orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be processed that day and should be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks.
I've ordered after 1pm on a Friday, when will I get my order?
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BANK HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Orders received on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
Breakages
We ensure we thoroughly prepare and package your order for a safe breakage-free delivery. Wherever possible we instruct our courier company not to deliver packages that contain breakages to ensure customer satisfaction. If our courier suspects your package contains breakages it will be returned immediately to us where we will automatically send out a replacement. Even with the up-most care breakages or orders with missing bottles may still occasionally be received by customers and in this instance please immediately contact us by telephone 01962 712351 or email sales@stonevine.co.uk where one of our helpful team will be able to offer immediate help.
