Named after the vineyard which was planted in 1985, this is organically farmed (in conversion) 100% Trebbiano (Romagnolo) given about six months on its lees. Pale gold. Lovely scent of ripe pears tinged with sage. Rich, full-flavoured - pears, stone fruit and lime – with a hint of spice. Lovely bite, with hints of verbena and mint. Dry and well-rounded, this makes a good accompaniment to chicken or light pork dishes. Now-2022
