Surprisingly good at the price: winemaker Marinda Kruger Van Eck sources dry-farmed bush-vine Chenin from Paardeberg, Paarl and the Drakenstein area, and makes a really classy example for the price. Textbook Chenin nose: white flowers and pears. Bright citrus and green fruit. Decent concentration for a wine at this level. Now-2021
