Agnes Paquet, Auxey-Duresses Rouge, 2018

Bottled. Riper and darker than the Bourgogne though with air there's inviting dark-cherry fruit. More oaky, a bit spicy, firm and dry, the tannins providing the freshness. Needs more time than the Bourgogne but less charming. 2023-2028 16+,... Read More

Great choice of good-value wines in the January sales. The website is really easy to use to make up an order. Delivery, as is often the case, was within 24 hours and, as usual, was well-packed.
