Burnt House Vineyard is the small - just five acres of vines on clay soils at the moment -project of a family-owned farm focused on regenerative agriculture just south of Stowmarket. The Bacchus grape, a 1933 cross of Silvaner / Riesling and Müller-Thurgau, is very successful in England, producing a fruity style with Sauvignon Blanc like aromatics. Scent of green orchard fruit.
