From the younger vines in the Talosa Montepulciano vineyards, this is 85% Sangiovese with 15% mixed between Merlot and local Canaiolo and Mammolo.
This has that lovely youthful scent of Sangiovese: a red fruit with a little leafiness. So true to the this Tuscan grape, combining juicy cherry flavours with savouriness. Perfect to accompany to unsmoked ham, charcuterie and light pork dishes - or just a bowl of pasta. Now-2023
