“La Yose” is a Catalan reference for the black schist soils on which the wine is grown. This is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Vermentino which are both vinified separately. The Grenache Blanc in oak and the Vermentino in stainless steel. This is a wonderfully gastronomic wine. Stonefruit and lemon peel are matched with tarragon and a little spice. This would be perfect with barbecued fish and poultry. Now-2023.
