"I adore the wines of Ribera del Duero and have visited the region many times. They are dark-fruited reds of power, balanced by refreshing acidity. The Roble from El Lagar de Isilla is quintessential Ribera del Duero and is crying out to be drunk with aged beef – ideally Chuleton (T-Bone steak from retired Galician or Basque dairy cattle).
