From two parcels, one of 50 years of age and one planted in 2000. Matured in oak for 12 months, 15% new. By far the best vintage we have ever tasted of this. Super aromas, ripe and harmonious. Concentrated gush of cherries and plums, spiced with cocoa nibs. So fat and rich and complete one is hardly aware of the sustaining tannins. Tastes like a much more expensive wine from a grander appellation. Now - 2027
