One of Jérémie Huchet's "parcellaires", organically farmed, single vineyard wines. This is from vines in meagre sandy and stony soils over granite bedrock - known as the granite of Clisson. This is so exciting: creamy aromas are followed by a weighty, pear-accented mouthful cut by a vein of crystalline acidity. Intense and ageworthy. Muscadet like this deserves to be so much more respected and consumed. Now-2028
