Quantities at Jacquesson are tiny, but quality is widely acknowledged as being extremely high. Cuvée 732 is based on the 2004 vintage and sourced only from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The blend is 48% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. The style is sumptuous, but with mineral complexity. Attractive pale colour with a fine mousse. Rich nutty, oatmeal characters and a classy, very dry finish.
