Marine Roussel adopted organic viticulture a few years ago, after being near-organic for years. From the 2008 vintage the wines have been certified by ECOCERT, and she has now progressed to adopting bio-dynamic practice. She is sure the wines are getting better as a result! Scent of crushed, sun-warmed strawberries. Pure, ripe red fruit - cranberries and raspberries - and appealingly juicy too. Tangy finish.
