Stéphane has really improved this barrel fermented wine, making it more polished and a wonderful, good value, introduction to the style that reaches it peak with Savennières. Open, inviting and attractively toasty on the nose, then richly creamy with generous pear and melon flavours, and a linear finish. Now-2014
