All is not as it seems at Domaine Chavet, as the nicely old-fashioned belle époque design of the labels hides a very go-ahead approach which brings us our first Loire wine bottled under screw-cap. The wine here is very correct, with an impressive mineral steeliness, continuing a run of successful vintages.
