This lightly oaked Viognier (about 30% of the wine is barrel-fermented) is a speciality at Anakena. Right now showing toast and vanilla (but those oak notes will soften) over scents of honey and peach. Mid weight, showing the attractive fat of the grape, this displays plentiful ripe peach, apricot and greengage flavours. Creamy but fresh too. Now-2012
